• DPD / SME Package Ordering & Shipping Portal Worked as a core UX designer to architect a dedicated application channel and streamlined ordering workflow enabling SMEs (MKB) to purchase shipping labels.
• OfficeHub / Coworking & Booking Platform Designed and built officehub.ch: a coworking platform where teams browse and book workspaces, meeting rooms, and private desks, with payments handled end to end through Ember and an AI assistant (Winston) woven into the product.
• MSN / Municipal Waste Logistics & Citizen Portal Core UX designer for a multi-year digital transformation project developing complex internal operations software, the container emptying app, and the 'MijnMSN' citizen portal.
• Jeugdlintje Eindhoven / Modular Honour Pin & Keepsake A redesign of the youth honour awarded in Eindhoven: a wearable zig-zag 'wave' pin in metal or felt, presented on a laser-engraved birch plaque, so every young laureate visibly joins one growing wave of good deeds.
• FlintandSteel & CanxLab / Custom E-Commerce Ecosystem Developed and launched a high-performance e-commerce webshop powered by the Pyro platform for CanxLab, featuring custom UI design and interactive mobile tooling.
