Worked as a core UX designer to architect a dedicated application channel and streamlined ordering workflow enabling SMEs (MKB) to purchase shipping labels.

In depth

Spearheaded the end-to-end UX architecture from initial research and conceptualization to detailed user flows, interactive prototyping, and user testing. The resulting MKB-focused shipping tool proved so intuitive and robust that it evolved into the foundational design system and core workflow for general package ordering across DPD's entire ecosystem.
